What to Expect When Using My Holiday Fair
So you’re considering reaching out to us here at My Holiday Fair to put on your own in-school holiday store this year, but you’re not quite sure what to expect. Never fear, we are here to help! My Holiday Fair was designed to be as simple as possible to execute from start to finish—here’s how it works:
The first step in bringing My Holiday Fair to your school or organization is to fill out our online reservation form. This form is simple to understand, and will only take a few minutes to complete. Once you have submitted your form, we’ll take it from there! We will call you to confirm your order and answer any questions you may have.
Receive Promotional Materials
Before the time comes to actually host your holiday shop, everything you need will be delivered to you by mail. Items you can expect to receive include: informational letters for parents; money budget envelopes for kids; door, table and wall decorations for promotion.
Pop the Top & Shop
We’ve done everything we can do to make this process as painless as possible for you. Once you receive your My Holiday Fair kits, we want you to literally be able to “pop the top & shop.” The boxes in which the shop items arrive double as display cases, so the set up and tear down process is minimal.
Box Up Returns
Once your holiday fair is completed, simply box up the remaining unsold products, affix the pre-paid shipping label onto the outside of the box to ship it back to us—it’s that easy!
Calculate the grand total oof items sold and send payment within five days of the end of your sale. If you’ve marked items up for fundraising purposes, we can help you calculate what you send back and your school keeps the rest. Viola, you’ve successfully completed your in-school holiday shop!
Seems pretty simple, right? That’s because it is! My Holiday Fair leverages over 70 years’ experience in helping schools and other organizations plan and execute events that bring communities together. Ready to get started? Just click the button below to start the reservation process.
